摘  要:目的:构建线上线下相结合的妇科专科护士培养方案,为我国妇科专科护士的培养提供参考。方法:以岗位胜任力为理论基础,运用文献研究法、专家会议法和专家函询法,确立妇科专科护士的培养内容、方式以及学时数。结果:两轮专家函询的有效问卷回收率分别为94.74%和100.00%,专家权威系数为0.938和0.957,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.199和0.226,最终确定的妇科专科护士培训课程内容包括专业知识、专业技能、专业能力和职业特质4项一级条目、17项二级条目、43项三级条目,共127学时。培养方式包括学习形式、教学形式和考核形式。结论:本研究所构建的妇科专科护士培训方案科学、可靠,可为我国妇科专科护士的培养提供参考。Objective:To construct an online and offline combined training program for gynecological specialist nurses and provide the reference for the training of gynecological specialist nurses in China.Methods:Based on the job competency as the theoretical basis,using literature research method,expert meeting method,and expert consulting method to establish the training content,method,and the number of training hours of gynecological specialist nurses.Results:The effective questionnaire recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultation were 94.74% and 100.00%,respectively;the expert authority coefficients were 0.938 and 0.957,respectively;and the Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.199 and 0.226,respectively.The finalized training courses for gynecological specialist nurses included 4 first-level items(professional knowledge,professional skills,relevant professional abilities,and occupational traits),17 second-level items,and 43 third-level items,totaling 127 hours.The training methods included learning form,teaching form,and assessment form.Conclusions:The training program for gynecological specialist nurses constructed in this study was scientific and reliable,which could provide the reference for the training of gynecological specialist nurses in China.
