引导自助干预在焦虑症治疗中的应用特征的范围综述

摘　　要：目的:总结焦虑症引导自助干预的应用特征。方法:采用范围综述方法,检索中国知网、Pub Med、Cochrane Library等12个中英文数据库,经过文献筛选和数据提取,总结报告研究结果。结果:共检索到10 895篇文献,最终纳入81篇文献,从基本特征、干预特征、自助特征和引导特征4个方面进行了总结。结论:引导自助干预已被广泛应用于焦虑症治疗中,现有研究在干预方法、呈现形式、干预剂量及自助和引导的一般特征上较为一致,表明焦虑症的引导自助干预已趋于统一,但在引导人员的支持程度、引导人员资质和具体引导方法等方面有待进一步探究。Objective:To summarize the application characteristics of guided self-help intervention for anxiety disorders.Methods:By using the scoping review method,the literature was retrieved from 12 Chinese and English databases,including China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Pub Med,Cochrane Library,and so on.After literature screening and data extraction,the research results were summarized and reported.Results:A total of 10 895 pieces of literature were retrieved,and 81 articles were finally included,summarized from four aspects:basic characteristics,intervention characteristics,self-help characteristics,and guiding characteristics.Conclusions:Guided self-help intervention has been widely used to treat anxiety disorders.The existing studies are relatively consistent in the intervention methods,presentation forms,intervention doses,and the general characteristics of self-help and guidance,indicating that the guidance and self-help intervention for anxiety disorders have tended to be unified.However,further research is still needed in terms of the support level of the guides,the qualifications of the guides,and the specific guide methods.
