摘  要:调动学校、家庭和社会支持系统中的积极因素,是推进学习道德建设的有力举措。学校要营造优良教学生态,构建学习共同体,发挥集体的教育力量;提高教育者的道德水平,彰显优良教学道德育人功效;重视文化育人,创新考风考纪建设。家庭教育一方面要重视家长的言传身教,树立良好家风,引导孩子形成正确的学习价值观,营造书香充盈的家庭文化氛围;另一方面也要谋求与学校的密切合作,积极探索家校合作的共育机制,加强与学校的沟通,共同承担育人职责,建立校情、家情信息互动反馈机制。社会要充分发挥舆论的道德监督作用,用好教育传媒的正向引导功能,净化文化市场,积极传播正能量,倡导终身学习理念,加强学习型社会建设。Mobilizing positive factors in schools,families and social support systems is a powerful measure to promote the construction of learning ethics.Schools should create an excellent teaching ecology,build a learning community,and give play to the collective educational power.School should also improve the moral level of educators so as to give play to the educative effect of good teaching ethics,attach importance to cultural education,and innovate the construction of disciplines of examinations.As for family education,parents should pay attention to their own words and deeds,establish a good family tradition,guide children to form correct learning values,and create a family cultural atmosphere for learning.In addition,the communication between family and the school should be strengthened,so as to jointly assume the responsibility of educating children,and establish a mechanism for family and school information exchange and feedback.The society should give full play to the moral supervision role of public opinion,make good use of the positive guiding function of educational media,purify the cultural market and actively spread positive energy,advocate the concept of lifelong learning and strengthen the construction of a learning society.
