摘 要:目的 探讨爱笑瑜伽对护士心理压力及主观幸福感的影响。方法 通过海报宣传模式招募护士,根据随机数字表法,分配到干预组和对照组,干预组32人和对照组31人。2组护士均接受医院常规护理管理,干预组接受16周爱笑瑜伽干预。在干预前、干预16周末采用知觉压力量表(CPSS)和总体幸福感量表(GWB)评估护士的知觉压力及主观幸福感水平。结果 干预组16周后,知觉压力总分低于对照组,总体幸福感得分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 爱笑瑜伽适用于护士人群,能有效减轻其心理压力,提升主观幸福感。Objective The aim of this work is to explore the effects of laughter yoga on nurses’ psychological stress and subjective well-being. Methods The nurses were recruited by poster mode, and according to the random number table method, assigned to an intervention group(n=32) and a control group(n=31). The 2 groups received hospital routine nursing management, and the intervention group received 16-weeks laughter yoga intervention. Before the intervention and at the 16 th week after the intervention, the Chinese Perceiced stress scale(CPSS) and the General Well-Being schedule(GWB) were used to evaluated the nurses’ psychological stress and subjective well-being. Results After 16 weeks, the total score of psychological stress in the intervention group weeks was lower than that in the control group, and the general well-being score was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Laughter Yoga is suitable for nurses, which can effectively reduce their psychological pressure and enhance the level of subjective Well-being.
