摘　　要：在省委、省政府领导下,江西省商标权质押融资工作获得突破性进展,但研究发现,遴选标准高、质押政策不够系统、质押流程不够明确、社会评估尚未先行、知识产权金融服务平台缺失、金融服务信息化水平低、质押融资产品创新不足、质押保险发展缓慢、人才双缺等因素是制约商标权质押融资规模的重要因素。因此,针对上述问题,文章给出对应的解决办法,并对可能存在的风险进行了初步的探讨。Under the leadership of the provincial Party committee and the provincial government,Jiangxi province has made a break through in trademark pledge financing.However,this study finds that the selection standard is high,the pledge policy is not systematic,the pledge process is not clear enough,social assessment is not yet advanced,the lack of intellectual property financial service platform,low level of financial service information,insufficient innovation of pledge financing products,slow development of pledge insurance,the shortage of talents and other factors are important factors restricting the financing scale of trademark pledge.Therefore,this study gives cor responding solutions to the above problems,and makes a preliminary discussion on the possible risks.
