摘 要:为解决实际拼车过程中驾驶员风险偏好对行驶时间造成的影响,有效解决网约车服务造成的碳排放问题,通过构建风险偏好与行驶时间关系模型,以车辆行驶成本及碳排放成本之和最小为目标函数,建立了随机环境下车辆碳排放控制的拼车调度优化模型,模型根据目标最优对运营车辆进行调度规划。设计了多个算例并利用LINGO软件对其进行求解,证明模型的有效性。算例结果表明,当考虑随机环境和碳排放成本两种因素后的拼车调度方案在总行驶里程和总成本结果上均达到最优,同时算例结果证明驾驶员风险偏好因素对拼车调度结果会产生影响。In this paper,in order to soften the impact of driver's risk preference on travel time in the actual carpooling process and effectively reduce the carbon emission of the online car-hailing service,we constructed the relationship model between risk preference and travel time,formulated the objective function aimed to minimize the sum of vehicle travel cost and carbon emission cost,and accordingly established the carpool scheduling optimization model able to control vehicle carbon emission in a stochastic environment,which schedules the operational vehicles in line with the objective of optimization.Next,we designed several numerical examples and solved them using LINGO software to prove the validity of the model.The result obtained showed that the carpool scheduling scheme after considering the stochastic environment and the carbon emission cost could achieve the optimal results in terms of total mileage and total cost,and at the same time that the risk preference of the driver could make an impact on the carpool scheduling outcome.
