摘  要:年度质量报告是高职院校必须向教育部和省级教育行政管理部门报告的信息,是高职院校回应社会关切的重要手段和表达信息的重要载体。通过分析高职质量年报发展历程、框架内容、信息受众发现,编写发布年度质量报告已然成为职业教育规范办学的规定动作和自觉行为,体系齐全、要素齐备、受众多元也已成为高职质量年报的基本特征。提质培优赋能视域下,追求办人民群众满意的职业教育目标,高职质量年报功能定位应由被动“履职”向主动“履责”转变,可从分层分类、文化渗透、行文风格、写实写史、主题选择、组织把关、互动渠道、建立范式等八方面加以优化改进。The annual quality report is the information that higher vocational colleges must report to the Ministry of Education and provincial education administrative departments.It is an important means for higher vocational colleges to respond to social concerns and an important carrier of information expression.By analyzing the development process,framework content and target audience of higher vocational annual quality report,it is found that the compilation and release of annual quality report has become a required action and conscious behavior for the standardization of vocational education.Complete system and elements,and diverse audiences have become the basic characteristics of higher vocational annual quality reports.From the perspective of improving quality,cultivating excellence and development promotion,in order to achieve the goal of people's satisfaction for vocational education,the function of higher vocational annual quality reports should be changed from passive"duty performance"to active"responsibility taking",which can be improved from the following eight aspects:hierarchical classification,cultural penetration,writing style,realistic writing,theme selection,organizational control,interactive channels,and establishment of paradigms.
