摘　　要：文章在明确良好的营商环境对经济发展的关键性和信息化是持续优化营商环境的必然手段后,对襄阳市在借助信息化手段不断优化营商环境工作中取得的成绩和存在的问题进行分析,并提出进一步改进工作的建议,以期襄阳营商环境信息化优化和襄阳企业群体数字化转型相互促进,区域经济实现可持续的创新发展。After clarifying the criticality of a good business environment for economic development and that informatization is an inevitable means to continuously optimize the business environment,the article analyzes the achievements and problems of Xiangyang City in continuously optimizing the business environment by means of informatization and proposes suggestions for further improvement,with a view to the mutual promotion of the optimization of the business environment of Xiangyang and the digital transformation of Xiangyang's business groups.The purpose of this paper is to provide an analysis of the achievements and problems of the business environment in Xiangyang and to suggest further improvements.
