新基建背景下高职院校服务区域建筑智能化行业发展的策略

摘　　要：文章通过对新基建内涵与特征的研究,深入分析了新基建背景下建筑智能化行业发展新态势,针对当前区域建筑智能化行业的发展现状及现实需求,提出高职院校服务区域建筑智能化行业发展的策略:高职院校应努力通过成为区域行业标准统一化的“服务区”、区域行业技术创新和转型升级的“技术源”、区域行业创新型技能人才培养的“种子库”、区域行业从业人员的继续教育的“加油站”等方式,积极推动区域建筑智能化行业全面迈向高质量发展的新阶段。Based on the research of the connotation and characteristics of the new infrastructure construction,this paper analyzes the new development trend of intelligent building industry under the background of new infrastructure construction.In view of the current development needs of intelligent building industry,the paper proposes that higher vocational colleges should actively promote the high-quality development of intelligent building industry by assisting in the establishment of industry standards,promoting technological innovation and transformation and upgrading,carrying out innovative talent train and continuous education of industry practitioners.
