摘  要:培养适合现代金融市场需要的“新商科”人才,不断改革与创新现有人才培养模式,成为教育界和产业界的共同心声,探索“证券投资学”课程教学改革与实践有助于进一步实现应用型人才培养目标。本教学团队结合课程教学的现状,以OBE为导向,将学生作为课程中心,以“课堂革命”为抓手,开展了多种教学创新探索与实践。通过问卷调研因材施教、邀请资深教师与校外专家作为课堂嘉宾、课堂现场与业界校友“云互动”、增设“模拟股份有限公司”创业训练环节、多元化评价等一系列教学创新方法,激发学生学习兴趣,提升教学效果。同时将课程思政融入教学,对学生价值塑造。Cultivating"new business"talents suitable for the needs of the modern financial market,continuously reforming and innovateing existing talent training models,become the common voice of education and industry community.Exploring the teaching reform and practice of the"Securities Investment"course will help further realize the goal of training applied talents.Our teaching team combines the correct teaching situation of the course,guided by OBE philosophy;makes students the center of the curriculum,takes the"Classroom Revolution"as a starting point;carries out a variety of teaching innovation and exploration.Through the following innovative teaching method,stimulating students'interest and improving teaching effect,such as questionnaire survey to listen to students'voices;inviting senior teachers and outside experts as class guests;having"Cloud Interaction"with industry alumni in the classroom;adding the entrepreneurship training of"simulate the establishment of a limited company"and diversified evaluation,which all are carried out.Also we integrate ideological and political education into teaching to shape the value of students.
