毫火针半刺联合翳风穴中药超声导入治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察毫火针半刺联合翳风穴牵正散超声导入治疗急性期周围性面瘫(风寒证)的临床疗效。方法将84例急性期周围性面瘫(风寒证)随机分为观察组与对照组各42例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用毫火针半刺联合翳风穴牵正散超声导入治疗。对比两组干预前后面神经功能分级(H-B)评分、面部残疾指数量表[面部残疾指数躯体功能(FDIP)、面部残疾指数社会功能(FDIS)],并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组H-B分级均较治疗前改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的FDIP评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组FDIP评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的FDIS评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组FDIS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率为90.48%,明显高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论毫火针半刺联合翳风穴牵正散超声导入治疗急性期周围性面瘫(风寒证)疗效确切。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of semi-acupuncture with filiform fire needle and Qianzheng Powder at Yifeng acupoint in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis(wind-cold syndrome).Methods:A total of 84 cases of acute wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with filiform fire needle semi-acupuncture combined with Yifeng acupoint ultrasound induction by Qianzheng Powder.The neurological function classification(H-B)score and facial disability index scale[facial disability index physical function(FDIP),facial disability index social function(FDIS)]before and after intervention were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the H-B grading of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the FDIP scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the FDIP score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the FDIS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the FDIS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group(90.48%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Semi-acupuncture combined with Yifeng acupoint Qianzheng Powder ultrasonic induction for the treatment of acute wind-cold peripheral facial paralysis has a definite effect.
