摘　　要：目的:介绍高校新冠肺炎疫苗群体性预防接种工作经验,为其他地区开展新冠肺炎疫苗群体性预防接种工作提供借鉴。方法:通过在高校设置临时接种点,对临时接种点进行功能分区,做好疫苗冷链管理,有序组织安排接种工作,以及对接种工作人员进行规范防护,对接种场所进行严格消毒,对场所内医疗废弃物进行规范处理等一系列方法,为某地区高校的学生和教职工提供上门免费接种服务。结果:2021年3月28日—5月11日上海市浦东医院对某地区6所高校学生及教职工进行新冠肺炎疫苗接种,共接种疫苗80219剂次,未发生疫苗不良事件,无职业暴露,无不良反应报告,顺利完成了该地区高校新冠肺炎疫苗的群体性预防接种工作。结论:当前形势下,医疗机构可通过在高校内设置临时接种点,主动提供上门接种服务,为高校师生新冠肺炎疫苗的接种提供便利,有助于尽快建立群体性免疫屏障。OBJECTIVE To introduce novel coronavirus pneumonia vaccine vaccination experience in universities,and to provide reference for other areas to carry out the new group vaccination.METHODS Through setting up temporary inoculation points in Colleges and universities,dividing the function of the temporary inoculation points,doing a good job in vaccine cold chain management,organizing and arranging vaccination work in an orderly manner,carrying out standardized protection for vaccination workers,strictly disinfecting the vaccination places,and standardizing the treatment of medical wastes in the places,To provide door-to-door immunization services for students and staff of colleges and universities in a certain area.RESULTS From March 28 to May 11,2021,Shanghai Pudong Hospital administered COVID-19 vaccination to students and staff of 6 universities in a certain region,with a total of 80219 doses of vaccine.No adverse events occurred,no occupational exposure,no adverse reactions were reported,and the group vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine in universities of the region was successfully completed.CONCLUSION Under the current situation,medical institutions could actively provide them with door-to-door vaccination services by setting up temporary vaccination sites in universities,so as to facilitate the vaccination of COVID-19 vaccine for college teachers and students and help to establish a mass immune barrier as soon as possible.
