摘　　要：目的:调查宫颈癌住院患者生命质量,探讨其影响因素。方法:2020年1—12月选取云南省肿瘤医院首次入院确诊为宫颈癌的患者151例,采用欧洲五维调查问卷表(EQ-5D-5L)对宫颈癌患者的生命质量进行评价。结果:≤39岁组患者效用指数得分高于其他年龄组患者,病理类型为鳞癌患者的得分高于其他病理类型的患者,差异均有统计学意义(F/t值分别为4.141和6.762,P值均<0.05);家人不吸烟患者的视觉模拟量表得分高于家人吸烟者的得分、无其他感染性疾病患者的得分高于伴有其他感染性疾病患者,差异均有统计学意义(F/t值分别为-3.072和-2.031,P值均<0.05)。Tobit回归分析结果显示,40~59岁的宫颈癌患者生命质量得分最低(β=-0.062,P<0.05);在病理类型中特殊病理类型的宫颈癌患者生命质量得分最低(β=-0.224,P<0.05)。结论:年龄、病理类型、家人有无吸烟、有无其他感染性疾病是云南省宫颈癌患者生命质量的主要影响因素。OBJECTIVE To investigate the quality of life of cervical cancer inpatients, and to explore the influencing factors.METHODS 151 patients with cervical cancer who were admitted to Yunnan Cancer Hospital for the first time from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected. EQ-5D was used to evaluate the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer. RESULTS The UI of patients aged less than 39 was higher than those of the other two groups( F/t=4.141, 6.762, P<0.05). Visual simulation scale scores were higher for family nonsmokers than for family smokers, and for patients without other infectious diseases than for patients with other infectious diseases, and the differences were all statistically significant( F/t=-3.072,-2.031, P<0.05). The results of Tobit regression analysis showed that patients with cervical cancer had the lowest QoL score between 40~59 years( β=-0.062, P<0.05). Patients with cervical cancer with special pathological types had the lowest quality of life score( β=-0.224, P<0.05). CONCLUSION Age, pathological type, family smoking and other infectious diseases were the main factors affecting the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer in Yunnan province.
