摘  要:利用Moldex3D模流分析软件,对汽车副仪表盘浇注系统进行模流分析。分析发现该浇注系统汽车副仪表盘A/B表面及其他部分有明显的熔接痕问题。在有限热嘴数量的前提下,对热流道浇口添加时序控制阀以及更改浇口位置,利用控制阀改变各个浇口进入模腔的时间,从而将熔接痕移动至其他非薄弱处,减少有熔接痕带来的产品问题。热流道的使用基本能够消除较明显的熔接痕缺陷,有效改善该产品的表面质量,同时时序控制阀会解决充填过程中出现的“头重脚轻”的问题,而且会消除一些不易消除的熔接痕。The mold flow analysis of automobile sub-instrument panel gating system is carried out by using the mature Moldex3D mold flow analysis software.After analysis,it is found that there are obvious weld marks on the A/B surface and other parts of the subinstrument panel of the gating system.Therefore,on the premise of limited number of hot nozzles,the timing control valve is added to the hot runner gate and the position of the gate is changed.The control valve is used to change the time when each gate enters the mold cavity,so as to move the weld mark to other non-weak places and reduce the product problems caused by the weld mark.The use of hot runner can basically eliminate obvious weld mark defects and effectively improve the surface quality of the product.Meanwhile,the timing control valve can solve the problem of"top-heavy"in the filling process,and can eliminate some weld marks that are not easy to eliminate.
