摘　　要：以某机型多路阀变幅联为分析对象,推导V型槽、V+U型槽通流面积公式,利用MATLAB分析计算获取通流面积数据,并采用AMESim元件库搭建变幅联多路阀仿真分析模型,分析计算得出阀芯位移流量特性曲线、压损特性参数以及控制压力流量特性曲线,为分析系统流量压力特性提供分析结论参考。Based on the analysis of a certain type of multi-way valve of luffing function,the paper deduces the flow area formula of V-groove,V+U Groove,which obtains the flow area data by MATLAB calculation,and builds the simulation analysis model of the multi-way valve with the AMESim component library.Flow characteristic curves of valve accompanied with displacement and control pressure,and pressure loss characteristic parameters are obtained based on simulation,which provides solid theoretical support for hydraulic design and research.
