摘　　要：在甲酸溶剂中,2-氯吡啶与溴化氢反应合成2-溴吡啶,考查了溶剂种类、温度、时间对反应收率的影响,得出优化的反应条件:在甲酸溶剂中,2-氯吡啶与溴化氢110℃回流反应12 h,反应收率达82.3%,溴化氢采用浓磷酸与溴化钠共热制备。2-Bromopyridine was synthesized by the reaction of 2-chloropyridine with hydrogen bromide in formic acid.The variety of solvent, temperature and reflux time influencing on the yield of reaction were verified. The reaction proceededat 110℃ for 12 h in formic acid. As a result, the yield reached 82.3%. Hydrogen bromide was prepared by the reaction ofconcentrated phosphoric acid with sodium bromide.
