摘  要:边缘适合性是评价修复体临床修复效果的重要指标。椅旁计算机辅助设计与计算机辅助制造(CAD/CAM)修复技术具有数字化的工作流程,因此其边缘适合性的影响因素与传统修复技术相比并不完全相同,如口内扫描仪精度、CAD/CAM系统特性、CAD/CAM材料均可在一定程度上影响CAD/CAM修复体边缘适合性。然而,无论是椅旁CAD/CAM修复体还是传统间接修复技术制作的修复体,牙体预备及粘接因素都对其边缘适合性产生一定程度的影响。为了研究临床医师在进行椅旁修复时,牙体预备及粘接因素是通过何种途径影响修复体边缘适合性,又该如何把控牙体预备及粘接环节来改善椅旁修复体的边缘适合性,文章进行了分析探讨。Marginal adaptation is an important factor to evaluate the clinical effect of restorations.Compared with traditional manufacture techniques,marginal adaptation of the crown applied of chair-side CAD/CAM technology might be affected by some different factors,such as the accuracy of the intraoral scanners,the characteristics of CAD/CAM systems and the materials of computer aided manufacturing,et al.However,whether it is the chair-side CAD/CAM technology or the conventional indirect restoration techniques,tooth preparation and bonding have a certain impact on crowns'marginal adaptation.In order to search the ways through which tooth preparation and bonding affect marginal adaptation on all-ceramic crowns fabricated with chair-side CAD/CAM technology,and how to improve it by controlling those two factors,this paper presents a review as follows.
