摘 要:基于双频太赫兹回旋管设计了双频太赫兹雷达,针对振动、转动、翻滚运动目标建立了包含微多普勒信息的目标回波模型,采用时频分析方法开展了微动特征仿真计算。通过仿真结果可以看出,0.11 THz雷达和0.22 THz雷达对于振动、旋转、翻滚的微动特征都有厘米级的探测能力。在较强噪声条件下,通过自功率谱时频分析,可以抑制噪声,提高微动特征的探测能力。通过0.11 THz及0.22 THz两路回波基带信号的互功率谱时频分析,其相同频率的微动特征信息得到增强,同时噪声得到抑制,有利于微动特征信息的提取。A dual frequency terahertz radar is designed based on the dual frequency terahertz gyrotron.The targets echo model including micro-Doppler information is established for the vibration,rotation and rolling targets.The simulation of micro-motion feature extraction is carried out by using the time-frequency analysis method.The simulation results show that the 0.11 THz radar and 0.22 THz radar have centimeter level detection ability for micro-motion feature extraction of vibration,rotation and roll.Under the condition of strong noise,the self-power spectrum time-frequency analysis can suppress the noise and improve the detection ability of micro-motion feature extraction.Through the cross-power spectrum time-frequency analysis of 0.11 THz and 0.22 THz radar echo baseband signals,the micro-motion feature extraction of the same frequency is enhanced,and the noise is suppressed,which helps to extract micro-motion feature information.
