摘　　要：职业技能竞赛能够鼓励教师改变传统观念、更新教学方法,能够激发学生学习兴趣,提高动手能力,有利于培养社会需要的应用型技术人才。首先分析了高职院校现实教育教学状况,其次分析了职业技能竞赛对高职院校教育教学的影响,最后从树立职业技能竞赛观念、深化校企合作教学模式、完善职业技能竞赛管理体制机制和加大投入实训基地建设等方面提出了基于职业技能竞赛的高等职业教育教学改革措施。Participation in vocational skill competitions enables teachers to change their traditional ideas and update their teaching methods as well as triggers students'interest in learning and improves their hands-on ability.It is also beneficial to cultivate application-oriented technical talents needed by the society.This paper starts by analyzing the current education and teaching in higher vocational colleges.And then,it analyzes the influence of such contests on these institutions.Finally,it puts forward reform measures based on competitions,such as fostering the concept of vocational skill competition,deepening the teaching mode featuring school-enterprise cooperation,improving the management system and mechanism of vocational skill competition and increasing investment in training bases.
