摘 要:采用化学沉淀法,通过加入甲醛生成沉淀来回收兰炭废水中的酚类物质,研究了甲醛加入量、反应温度和反应时间对兰炭废水上清液挥发酚浓度的影响,并利用红外光谱和扫描电镜对下层沉淀物的结构和形貌进行表征。结果表明,当挥发酚与甲醛的质量比约为0.22∶1、反应温度为70℃和反应时间为120 min时,废水上清液中挥发酚质量浓度降低到635 mg/L,酚类物质回收率达45.7%;废水下层沉淀物的主要红外吸收峰位置和微观形貌与酚醛树脂基本一致,说明了甲醛与兰炭废水反应主要产物应为酚醛树脂。Phenolic substances were recycled by adding formaldehyde to generate precipitation by the chemical precipitation method.The impacts of formaldehyde addition amount,reaction temperature and reaction time on the concentration of volatile phenol in supernatant of semi-coke wastewater were studied.The structure and morphology of subsediment in semi-coke wastewater were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the concentration of volatile phenols in the supernatant was reduced to 635 mg/L when the mass ratio of volatile phenols to formaldehyde was about 0.22∶1,reaction temperature was 70℃and reaction time was 120 minutes,and the recovery of phenols was up to 45.7%.The positions of the main infrared absorption peaks and microstructure of subsediment were basically consistent with those of phenolic resin,indicating that phenolic resin was the main product of the reaction between formaldehyde and semi-coke wastewater.
