摘 要:目的检测驱动蛋白家族成员11(KIF11)在结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)组织中的表达,并分析其与CRC患者临床病理特征和预后的关系。方法选取在青岛大学附属医院手术治疗的380例CRC患者癌灶中心处癌组织标本作为试验组,癌旁正常组织标本作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法检测两种组织样本中KIF11的表达情况,并分析CRC中KIF11的表达与患者临床病理特征以及预后的关系。结果CRC组织中KIF11的蛋白表达水平显著高于癌旁正常组织(χ^(2)=382.956,P<0.05);KIF11的表达水平与肿瘤TNM分期、淋巴结转移及肿瘤浸润深度有关(χ^(2)=4.018~11.334,P<0.05);KIF11是CRC患者预后总生存期和无病生存期的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论KIF11在CRC组织中高表达,可能与CRC的发生发展密切相关,CRC组织中KIF11高表达提示患者预后不良,可作为判断CRC患者预后的指标之一。Objective To investigate the expression of kinesin family number 11(KIF11)in colorectal cancer(CRC)and its association with the clinicopathological features and prognosis of CRC patients.Methods A total of 380 CRC patients who underwent surgery in The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University were selected for this study.Cancerous tissue samples collected from the center of lesion were established as experimental group,and normal adjacent tissue samples were collected as control group.Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of KIF11 in both groups,and its association with the clinicopathological features and prognosis of CRC patients were analyzed.Results The protein expression level of KIF11 in CRC tissue was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissue(χ^(2)=382.956,P<0.05).The expression of KIF11 was associated with TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,and depth of tumor invasion(χ^(2)=4.018-11.334,P<0.05).KIF11 was an independent influencing factor for the overall survival time and disease-free survival of CRC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion KIF11 is highly expressed in CRC tissue and may be closely associated with the development and progression of CRC.The high expression of KIF11 in CRC tissue indicates the poor prognosis of patients and may be used as an indicator to judge the prognosis of patients with CRC.
