摘  要:磁共振成像已被广泛应用于神经科学,可用来评估健康和疾病时个体脑的功能和结构改变。许多眼病患者常伴有视力下降和视野缺损的表现,当视觉信号出现异常后,其视觉通路和视皮层的功能和结构也会随之发生异常变化。本文对磁共振成像在眼科常见疾病患者脑功能与结构研究中的应用做一综述。Magnetic resonance imaging has been widely used in neuroscience research to assess the structure and function of the brain in health and disease.Many eye diseases have reduced vision and caused visual field defects.In case of any abnormal visual signal,the structure and function of the visual pathway and visual cortex may change accordingly.This article summarizes the application of magnetic resonance imaging technology in the research of brain structure and function in patients with common ophthalmic diseases.
