摘 要:单宁酸是五倍子提取物中的主要成分,被广泛应用于医药、食品、日化等方面。但由常规方法制备的单宁酸中常含有没食子酸杂质,影响产品的品质和应用。为了提高五倍子单宁酸提取物的纯度,以单宁酸为原料、没食子酸含量为考察指标,采用简单易得的无机碱(碳酸氢钠)选择性去除没食子酸,对单宁酸的提纯工艺进行优化。对优化后的工艺进行放大实验,并考察该方法的适用性。结果表明:纯化前单宁酸中没食子酸质量分数为2.47%,纯化后没食子酸质量分数为0.15%,且该工艺放大至160 kg的规模下仍能够实现重复。本纯化工艺操作简便、经济性好,能够实现高纯度单宁酸的高效制备,具有显著的应用前景和实用价值。Tannic acid is one of the main constituents in the Galla Chinensis,which has widely used in medicine,food,daily chemical,and other aspects.However,tannic acid prepared by conventional methods often contains gallic acid impurities,which affects its quality and application.To improve the purity of tannic acid,the corresponding purification process was optimized to reduce the content of gallic acid in tannic acid by using the inorganic base NaHCO_(3).The applicability of the method was further investigated by the scale-up experiment under optimized condition.As a result,the content of gallic acid in tannic acid was reduced from 2.47% to 0.15% after purification.Moreover,the process can be repeated when scaled up to 160 kg.The purification process is simple,economical,and can realize the efficient preparation of high-purity tannic acid,which has a significant application prospect and practical value.
