摘  要:以稻壳为原料制备粉末活性炭,通过硫酸改性活性炭提高其对水相中磺胺类抗生素的吸附能力。研究改性时间、温度、料液比、硫酸浓度对活性炭吸附能力的影响。考察改性活性炭在不同pH、温度、吸附时间下,对磺胺氯吡嗪钠及磺胺嘧啶吸附能力的影响。结果表明:以浓硫酸为活化改性剂,确定活性炭的最佳改性工艺条件为改性温度90℃、改性时间60 min、料液比1∶2(g/mL)、硫酸浓度2.33 mol/L。在此基础上,确定改性后稻壳活性炭吸附磺胺类抗生素的最佳条件为吸附时间60 min、吸附温度60℃、pH 7,且该活性炭对磺胺氯吡嗪钠吸附效果优于磺胺嘧啶。Powdered activated carbon was prepared from rice husk.The adsorption capacity of sulfonamide antibiotics in aqueous phase was improved by modifying activated carbon with sulfuric acid.The effects of modification time,temperature,solid-liquid ratio and sulfuric acid concentration on the adsorption capacity of activated carbon were studied.The effects of modified activated carbon on the adsorption capacity of sulfachlorpyrazine sodium and sulfadiazine under different pH,temperature and adsorption time were investigated.The results showed that using concentrated sulfuric acid as the activation modifier,the optimum modification conditions of activated carbon were as follows:modification temperature 90 ℃,modification time 60 min,material liquid ratio 1 ∶2(g/mL),sulfuric acid concentration 2.33 mol/L.On this basis,it was determined that the optimum conditions for the adsorption of sulfonamides on the modified rice husk activated carbon were adsorption time 60 min,adsorption temperature 60 ℃ and pH 7,and the adsorption effect of the activated carbon on sodium sulfachlorpyrazine was better than that of sulfadiazine.
