摘　　要：目的探讨人类表皮生长因子受体2(HER-2)蛋白与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组化法检测HER-2蛋白与VEGF在不同级别膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表达情况,并分析其表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果对照组HER-2蛋白与VEGF呈低表达,低级别与高级别膀胱尿路上皮癌组织中HER-2与VEGF表达的阳性率显著升高。结论HER-2蛋白与VEGF均在膀胱尿路上皮癌的发生、发展中起重要作用,且随组织学分级的增加而增强。Objective To investigate the expression of HER-2 and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in bladder urothelial carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of HER-2 protein and VEGF in different grades of bladder urothelial carcinoma,and the relationship between its expression and clinicopathological features was analyzed.Results The expression of HER-2 protein and VEGF was low in the control group,and the positive rate of HER-2 and VEGF expression was significantly increased in the low-grade and high-grade bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues.Conclusion Both HER-2 protein and VEGF play important roles in the development and progression of bladder urothelial carcinoma,and they increase with the increase of histological grade.
