摘 要:为探究聚天冬氨酸-多巴胺接枝聚合物(PAsp-g-DA)螯合三价铁离子(Fe^(3+))用于磁共振可视化光热治疗的潜力,本实验通过聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI)氨解反应获得共价接枝多巴胺和聚乙二醇的聚天冬氨酸接枝共聚物(PAsp-g-DA/PEG),然后将其与Fe^(3+)在水溶液中螯合,通过808 nm波长光热转换、体外弛豫效率和体内磁共振成像检测其光热转换和磁共振对比增强效果。结果显示,聚合物铁配合物具有较好的近红外光吸收及光热转换能力,同时具有良好的磁共振增强效果,在不同场强下具有良好的纵向弛豫效能。综上所述,本研究提供了一种新型的磁共振可视化光热治疗剂,为相关领域的研究提供了新的研究思路。This study aims to explore the potential of polyaspartic acid grafted dopamine copolymer(PAsp-g-DA) chelated Fe^(3+) for magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) visual photothermal therapy. Polyaspartic acid grafted copolymer of covalently grafted dopamine and polyethylene glycol(PAsp-g-DA/PEG) was obtained by the ammonolysis reaction of poly succinimide(PSI), and then chelated with Fe^(3+) in aqueous solution. The relaxivity in vitro, magnetic resonance imaging enhancement in vivo and photothermal conversion effect at 808 nm were investigated. The results showed that polymeric iron coordination had good near-infrared absorption and photothermal conversion properties, good magnetic resonance enhancement effect, and good longitudinal relaxation efficiency under different magnetic field intensities. In summary,this study provides a new magnetic resonance visual photothermal therapeutic agent and a new research idea for the research in related fields.
