摘 要:目的:运用身份认同理论与角色理论,探讨高校心理咨询中咨访-师生非性双重关系在咨询过程中呈现出来的伦理特征。方法:采用质性研究方法,深度访谈了13位从业五年以上的高校专职心理咨询师。运用扎根理论对访谈资料进行分析和理论建构。结果:①咨访-师生双重关系的伦理特征体现为咨询师与教师两个角色存在角色一致区与角色冲突区。角色一致区指二者相同部分以及教师角色对咨询师角色的促进;角色冲突区是指二者间的对立以及教师角色对咨询师角色的干扰。②咨访-师生关系处于角色一致区时,不会对来访者产生负面影响,甚至可能有正面作用;而处于角色冲突区时,可能会对来访者造成潜在的伤害。结论:咨询师要对非性双重关系中角色一致区和角色冲突区有很好的伦理觉察并做好伦理决策。Objective: This study aimed to explore the teacher-student dual relationship, which is one of the most controversial issues related to the ethics of psychological counseling and therapy, with applying the identity theory and role theory. Methods: Thirteen experienced counselors from colleges and universities were interviewed to discuss how the ethical characteristics of teacher-student dual relationship might be presented during the counseling processes. The data were analyzed based on the grounded theory. Results:①The ethical characteristics of teacher-student dual relationships were reflected as the accordant zones and conflict zones between roles. The accordant zones between roles referred to the consistencies between the teacher role and the counselor role, and the part where the teacher role could facilitate the counselor role.In contrast, the conflict zones between roles referred to the role conflicts between the teacher role and the counselor role,and the part where the teacher role could impact negatively on the counselor role.②When the non-sexual dual relationships were located in the accordant zones between roles, there might be no negative impacts on the clients, and sometimes could promote the welfare of the clients. However, when they arrived at the conflict zones between roles, there might be negative effects and even potential harm to the clients. Conclusion: The counseling professionals should have good ethical awareness of the accordant zones and conflict zones between roles, and make ethical decisions.
