浅谈三北防护林工程建设中存在的问题及相关对策——以山西省吕梁山国有林管理局为例

摘　　要：三北防护林体系建设工程是同我国改革开放一起实施的重大生态工程,对促进区域可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。文章以山西省吕梁山国有林管理局三北防护林工程为例,论述了国有林场开展三北防护林工程以来存在的问题,并提出相关对策。The 3-North shelter forest system is an important ecological project carried out together with China’s reform and opening up, which is of great significance for promoting regional sustainable development. Taking the 3-North Shelter Forest Program conducted by the State Forestry Administration of Lvliangshan in Shanxi Province as an example, this paper discusses the problems existing in the project by the state forestry farm, and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
