摘 要:为研究列车管小减压量时120型控制阀二局减作用对制动缸压力的影响,对影响制动缸压力的主要因素进行了理论分析,并通过试验验证了120阀二局减作用在不同列车管减压量下对制动缸压力的影响。结论如下:在列车管小减压量时,列车管减压量越大,二局减作用对制动缸压力的影响越小;相同减压量下,局减关闭点压力越高,二局减作用对制动缸压力的影响越大;减压量<35 kPa时,制动缸压力与局减关闭点压力相等,减压量>50 kPa时,二局减作用造成2~13 kPa的制动缸压力增量。In order to study the influence of the two-stage local pressure reduction of 120 type control valve on brake cylinder pressure under small pressure reduction of train pipe,the main factors affecting the brake cylinder pressure are theoretically analyzed,and the influence of the two-stage local pressure reduction of 120 type control valve on the brake cylinder pressure under different pressure reductions of train pipe is verified through tests.The conclusions are as follows :when the amount of pressure reduction of train pipe is small,the greater the amount of pressure reduction,the smaller the influence of two-stage local pressure reduction on the pressure of the brake cylinder;under the same pressure reduction,the higher the pressure at the closing point of the local pressure reduction,the greater the influence of the two-stage local pressure on the pressure of the brake cylinder.When the pressure reduction is less than 35 kPa,the brake cylinder pressure is equal to the pressure at the closing point of local pressure reduction.When the pressure reduction is more than 50 kPa,the two-stage local pressure reduction will cause the brake cylinder pressure increment of 2~13 kPa.
