研究卒中健康管理门诊的建立与实践效果

摘　　要：目的评价脑卒中健康管理门诊的建立方式与实施效果。方法选择医院在2020年3月—2021年3月期间接诊的98例脑卒中患者,根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组接受电话随访管理,观察组接受健康管理门诊干预,比较两组脑卒中患者的干预效果。结果观察组疾病知识掌握情况(11.63±0.78)分、自我行为管理(16.56±5.96)分、定期复诊情况(7.23±0.63)分、服药依从性(7.98±0.33)分和总分(51.63±6.55)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经干预后,观察组高血压和糖尿病发生情况均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者接受健康管理门诊干预的效果显著,可以有效改善患者的健康管理依从性,有利于降低高血压、高血糖合并症的发生情况,值得在临床中进行推广使用。Objective To evaluate the establishment and implementation effect of stroke health management clinics.Methods 98 stroke patients admitted by the hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received telephone follow-up management,and the observation group received health management outpatient intervention.The intervention effects of the two groups of stroke patients were compared.Results The disease knowledge mastery of the observation group was(11.63±0.78)points,and the self-behavior management was(16.56±5.96)points,the scores of regular follow-up visits(7.23±0.63)points,medication compliance(7.98±0.33)points and total score(51.63±6.55)points were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence of hypertension and diabetes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of stroke patients receiving health management outpatient intervention is significant,which can effectively improve the health management compliance of patients,and help reduce the occurrence of hypertension and hyperglycemia complications.It is worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
