摘 要:目的研究微课结合翻转课堂在超声影像诊断教学中应用效果。方法选取2020年6月—2021年6月在黑龙江省医院彩超室规培轮转的医学影像技术专业学生60名,按照随机数表法分为观察组(微课结合翻转课堂)与对照组(传统教学模式),各30名。在课程全部结束后,对两组学生进行理论知识考核和操作技能考核,之后对两组学生进行教学满意度调查,并对两组学生的考核结果及满意度结果进行分析比较。结果在课程结束后,观察组学生的理论知识考核分数及操作技能考核的各项分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在教学满意度调查上,观察组学生的满意度(93.3%)高于对照组学生的满意度(63.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微课结合翻转课堂在超声影像诊断教学中不仅可以有效提高临床教学的教学质量,还能够有效提高学生们的教学满意度。Objective To study the application effect of"micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom"in the teaching of ultrasound imaging diagnosis.Methods A total of 60 medical imaging technology students who were in the color ultrasound room of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from June 2020 to June 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group(micro-class combined with flipped classroom)and a control group(traditional teaching mode),with 30 in each group.After all the courses were over,the two groups of students would be assessed for theoretical knowledge and operational skills.Afterwards,the two groups of students were surveyed on teaching satisfaction,and the assessment results and satisfaction results of the two groups of students were analyzed and compared.Results After the course,the scores of theoretical knowledge assessment and operation skills assessment of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the teaching satisfaction survey,the satisfaction of students in the observation group(93.3%)was higher than that of the students in the control group(63.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"Micro-lecture combined with flipped classroom"in ultrasound imaging diagnosis teaching can not only effectively improve the teaching quality of clinical teaching,but also effectively improve the teaching satisfaction of students.
