摘　　要：目的 分析四川省及五大经济区卫生人力资源配置的现状,并比较区域之间的差异性,为优化四川省基层医疗卫生人力资源配置提供参考。方法 采用描述性分析和卫生资源密度指数(HRDI)的方法评价2018年四川省基层医疗卫生机构人力资源配置情况,使用Excel 2016软件进行数据整理并计算。结果 2018年四川省每千人口基层医疗卫生人员数3.13人,全科医生占比不足5%。各区域中,成都平原经济区HRDI为2.12,川西北经济区仅为0.38。结论 四川省基层卫生机构人才短缺、人员结构不合理。五大经济区间基层卫生人力资源分布差异较大。应优化基层卫生人员结构,重点培养全科医生,加强对落后地区的资源投入力度。Objective To analyze the current status of health human resources allocation in Sichuan province and five economic zones, and compare the differences among regions, so as to provide reference for optimizing the allocation of human resources in primary health care in Sichuan province. Methods Descriptive statistics and Health Resource Density Index(HRDI) methods were used to evaluate the human resource allocation of grassroots medical and health institutions in Sichuan Province in 2018, and Excel was used to organize and calculate the data. Results In2018,there were 3.13 primary health care personnel per 1 000 population in Sichuan,and general practitioners accounted for less than 5%. Among the regions,the HRDI of Chengdu Plain Economic Zone and Northwest Sichuan Economic Zone were 2.12 and 0.38, respectively. Conclusions The talent shortage and the personnel structure of primary health institutions are unreasonable in Sichuan province. The allocation of basic health human resources in five economic regions is quite different.We should optimize the structure of primary health personnel,focus on training general practitioners,and invest more resources in underdeveloped areas.
