摘  要:脊髓损伤(SCI)可逆性差、致残率高,是困扰临床已久的神经系统损伤性疾病,其治疗也是医学界研究的重点、难点。SCI发生前患者存在神经细胞丢失与死亡等情况,而在SCI发生后机体主要表现为神经损害,但神经细胞死亡并非脊髓损伤所导致。目前医学界认为,自噬作用在其中起到了关键性作用。SCI发生后机体会出现明显炎症反应。这也是导致后续继发性损伤的主要原因。人体炎症细胞因子与其他人体细胞因子之间存在信号传导,对其他细胞生长、分化具有重要作用,当机体微环境发生改变,各细胞因子间相互的传导联系出现异常,人体自噬现象也将发生改变。本文主要对近年来有关SCI后患者自噬现象与微环境改变情况的研究进展进行综述,以期为该病患者的治疗提供相应帮助。Spinal cord injury has poor reversibility and high disability rate.It is a neurological injury disease that has plagued the clinic for a long time.Its treatment is also the focus and difficulty of medical research.Patients with pre-SCI have nerve cell loss and death.After SCI,the body is mainly manifested as nerve damage;but nerve cell death is not caused by spinal cord injury.The current medical community believes that autophagy plays a key role in it.After the occurrence of SCI,the body will have obvious inflammation,which is also the main reason for subsequent secondary damage.There is signal transduction between human inflammatory cytokines and other human cytokines,which play an important role in the growth and differentiation of other cells.When the microenvironment of the body changes,the mutual conduction connection between the cytokines becomes abnormal and the phenomenon of human autophagy will also change.This article mainly reviews the research progress of autophagy and microenvironment changes in patients after SCI in recent years,in order to provide corresponding help for the treatment of patients with this disease.
