摘 要:目的调查分析上海北部郊区公立医院营养科室的工作现状,为促进郊区临床营养发展提供依据。方法设计和制定《上海市郊区公立医院临床营养工作现状调查表》,于2019年11~12月对上海市北部郊区27所公立医院的临床营养工作开展情况进行问卷调查和现场调查,调查内容包括临床营养科室概况、营养科室专业人员配备及资质管理、业务开展情况等,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果27所公立医院包括3所三甲医院、7所二级医院(3所二甲医院和4所二乙医院)、17所一级医院(社区卫生服务中心)。3所三甲医院均设立营养科,且由医务科管理;7所二级医院均设有营养室,2所由医务科管理,5所由总务科管理;17所一级医院中仅9所有营养食堂,另8所无营养食堂(无住院患者)。27所医院中仅8所(30%)医院的营养师属于医技人员,3所(11%)医院开设营养门诊,4所(15%)医院开展营养会诊工作,6所(22%)医院营养科开展肠内营养,11所(41%)医院开展治疗膳食。三甲医院营养师配置人数达到相应等级标准,开展相应临床营养工作;二级医院营养师配备不足,开展临床营养业务项目局限;一级医院没有配备专职营养师,营养专业人员缺乏。结论各级医院营养科工作开展存在差异,临床营养学科发展不均衡,各医院应加强临床营养科室建设,培养营养专业人才梯队,明确营养科室的医技职能,使临床营养工作落到实处。Objective To investigate and analyze the working status of clinical nutrition department in public hospitals in northern suburbs of Shanghai,in order to provide a basis for promoting the development of clinical nutrition in the suburbs.Methods“Questionnaire for the Status of Clinical Nutrition Work in Public Hospitals in North Suburbs of Shanghai”was designed and formulated.Then questionnaire surveys and on-site surveys were performed to investigate the clinical nutrition work of 27 public hospitals in north suburbs of Shanghai from November to December 2019.The survey content included general information of clinical nutrition departments,the staffing and qualification management of clinical nutrition departments,business development status.The results were statistically analyzed.Results Among the 27 public hospitals,there were 3 grade three class A hospitals,7 grade two hospitals(3 grade two class A hospitals and 4 grade two class B hospitals),and 17 grade one hospitals(community health service centers).The 3 grade three class A hospitals all have nutrition departments and are managed by the medical department;7 grade two hospitals have nutrition rooms,of which 2 are managed by the medical department,and 5 are managed by the general affairs department;among the 17 grade one hospitals,only 9 have nutritionist,and the remaining 8 hospitals have no nutritionist(no inpatients).Among the 27 hospitals,only 8(30%)hospitals'nutritionist are medical technicians,3(11%)hospitals open nutrition clinics,4(15%)hospitals carry out nutrition consultations,and 6(22%)hospitals carried out enteral nutrition,and 11(41%)hospitals carried out therapeutic diets.The number of nutritionists in grade three class A hospitals have reached the corresponding level standards,and carry out the corresponding clinical nutrition work;the nutritionists in the grade two hospitals are insufficient,and the clinical nutrition business projects are limited;many grade one hospitals have no nutritionists.Conclusion There are differences in the develo
