摘　　要：基于社会创新创业的新兴经济形态在当今中国方兴未艾,但对于上述现象的研究相对而言较为欠缺。刘志阳教授出版的《创业型社会:中国创新五讲》一书,围绕着“从商业创业到社会创业”“从社会企业到社会经济”这两条主线,分析了企业家精神、社会创业、乡村振兴、公益创投与数智创业等议题,并且重点论述了基于商业创新和社会创新的创业型社会的形成图谱。尽管在分析框架、内容安排等方面存在一些有待商榷的部分,但总体而言,该书不仅具有较高的理论价值,也有一定的政策意涵。A new kind of economy,based on social innovation and entrepreneurship,is now rising in China,but there are few studies focusing on this topic.The new book Entrepreneurial Society:Five Talks on Chinese Innovations,written by Professor Liu Zhiyang,tries to discuss so-called commercial-and social-innovations driven entrepreneurial society,which outlies two lines as from commercial entrepreneurship to social entrepreneurship and from social enterprise to social economy,and then analyses issues in entrepreneurship,social entrepreneurship,rural revitalization,venture philanthropy,and digital&AI entrepreneurship.Although some parts in analytical framework and arrangement of content are still needed to be improved,in general,this book has relatively high theoretical contributions and important policy implications.
