摘　　要：以“整齐门内,提撕子孙”为宗旨的家训,是中国人的“家庭教科书”。传统家训之所以能在传统社会教化体系中发挥极为重要的作用,与其数千年形成的教化原则和方式方法关系甚大。在实施家训教化的过程中,坚持了蒙以养正、奖惩结合、家长表正、循序递进的教育原则。探索出建章立制、典范激励、以身立教、相互规诲、箴铭镜鉴、诗歌吟诵、功过格法等一系列卓有成效的方式方法。这些原则和方法,可以为我国当下的家庭教育、家德和家风建设提供一些有价值的参考。The family motto of"regulating the family and educating the children"is the"family textbook"of the Chinese people.The reason why traditional family admonishing plays an extremely important role in the traditional social education system is closely related to the education principles and methods which have been formed for thousands of years.In the process of implementing family admonishing,we adhere to the educational principles of emphasizing enlightening education,combining rewards and punishments,parents’acting as a role model and proceeding in an orderly and step-by-step way.We have explored a series of effective ways and methods,such as establishing rules and regulations,being inspired by the model,teaching with one example,mutual instruction,instructive sayings,poetry recitation,merit and demerit lattice method and so on.These principles and methods can provide valuable references for family education,family morality and family style construction.
