氯已定漱口液配合口腔正畸对牙周病患者咀嚼功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨氯已定漱口液配合口腔正畸治疗在牙周病患者中的临床疗效及对咀嚼功能的影响。方法选择2018年3月—2020年6月牙周病患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组给予口腔正畸治疗,观察组联合氯已定漱口液治疗,连续含漱10 d,治疗后6个月对患者效果进行评估,比较两组牙周功能、咀嚼功能、不良反应发生率及满意度。结果两组治疗后6个月牙周功能得到明显改善;观察组治疗后6个月牙周袋深度、牙槽骨高度、探针出血率及前牙覆盖率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后6个月咀嚼功能、美观程度、舒适程度及固定程度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗过程中味觉异常、恶心呕吐、腹泻便秘发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后6个月对治疗方法、牙齿美观及预期效果的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯已定漱口液配合口腔正畸治疗牙周病患者中,有助于改善患者牙周功能,提升咀嚼功能,未增加不良反应发生率,能获得较高的治疗满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of chlorhexidine mouthwash combined with orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontal disease and its effect on chewing function.Methods A total of 86 patients with periodontal disease from March 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each group by random number method.The control group was given orthodontic treatment,and the observation group was combined with chlorhexidine mouthwash for continuous gargle for 10 days.The effect of the patients was evaluated after 6 months of treatment,and the periodontal function,masticatory function,incidence of adverse reactions and rates of satisfaction were compared.Results The periodontal function of the two groups was significantly improved 6 months after treatment;the depth of periodontal pockets,the height of alveolar bone,the rate of probe bleeding and the coverage rate of anterior teeth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 6months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of masticatory function,aesthetics,comfort and fixation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 6 months after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidences of abnormal taste,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea and constipation in the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);6 months after treatment in the observation group,the treatment methods,tooth aesthetics and expected effect satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chlorhexidine mouthwash combined with orthodontics in the treatment of patients with periodontal disease can help improve the periodontal function and masticatory function of the patients,without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,and can achieve high treatment satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
