摘　　要：在新时代构建“人类命运共同体”理念的指引下,我国在推进国际教育建设方面承担着重要的大国责任,主要包括三个方面:一是坚持开放、合作、共赢的对外教育政策;二是加强对发展中国家的教育援助;三是以“一带一路”为重点,持续推进与沿线各国的教育交流与合作。Under the guidance of the concept of building a“community with a shared future for mankind”in the new era, China is taking on more important responsibilities as a major country in promoting the construction of international education. China’s concept of international education mainly includes three aspects: first, to adhere to the foreign education policy of openness, cooperation and win-win;second, to strengthen education assistance to developing countries;third, to continue to promote educational exchanges and cooperation with countries along the“Belt and Road”.
