生物技术特色专业人才培养体系的构建与探讨——以长春理工大学为例

摘　　要：为培养高质量应用型技术人才,以长春理工大学生物技术专业为例,该文从人才培养目标及专业特色的确定、课程体系优化、实践教学体系及实践基地建设、“双师型”人才培养、教学团队建设五个方面,系统阐述了生物技术专业人才培养体系的构建与实践,为相同或相关专业人才培养体系的建设提供思路。To cultivate high-quality applied and technical talents, taking Changchun University of Science and Technology as an example, the construction and practice of a talent training system for the biotechnology specialty is elaborated from determination of talent training objectives and specialty characteristics, optimization of the curriculum system, construction of the practice teaching system and practice base, and building of a“double qualified”talent training and teaching team, in order to provide ideas for the construction of talent training systems of the same or related specialties.
