摘 要:20世纪70年代以来,韩国造船业快速发展,在90年代取代日本成为世界第一造船大国。但金融危机后,全球造船市场动荡不安、发展缓慢,作为世界公认的造船大国和造船强国,在世界经济形势以及中国造船业快速崛起的双重影响下,韩国造船业受到的影响颇大,为此,韩国政府及船企积极探索船舶产业转型升级的一系列措施。本文对韩国造船业金融危机后面临的挑战展开了研究,通过对韩国政府和船企应对危机、实现造船业转型升级路径的分析,总结并梳理出可供中国造船业借鉴的经验和启示,希望为中国造船业转型升级提供支持。The Republic of Korea's shipbuilding industry has grown rapidly since the 1970s overtaking Japan as the world's largest shipbuilder in the 1990s.However after the financial crisis the global shipbuilding market is turbulent and slow as the world's most recognized shipbuilding country and shipbuilding power under the dual influence of the world economic situation and the rapid rise of China's shipbuilding industry the ROK shipbuilding industry is deeply affected for which the ROK government and shipping enterprises are actively exploring a series of measures to transform and upgrade the shipbuilding industry.This paper studies the challenges faced by the ROK shipbuilding industry after the financial crisis.Through the analysis of the ROK government and shipbuilding enterprises to cope with the crisis and realize the transformation and upgrading path of the shipbuilding industry this paper summarizes and sorts out the experience and inspiration for China's shipbuilding industry hoping to accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading of China's shipbuilding industry.
