摘　　要：新时代校企合作能够有效推动高校的成果转化,文章分析了高校通过校企合作推动成果转化的内在需求,提升教师学术水平、增强高校竞争力以及丰富创新教育的途径;分析了校企合作下高校成果转化率不高的成因,介绍了校企合作推动高校成果转化的常见模式,最后提出了校企合作推动高校成果转化的有效路径,明确校企合作的市场化导向、丰富校企合作教育科研融资的途径、激发企业科研创新的主体意识、建立健全的管理机制以及完善科研成果平台共享机制。School-enterprise cooperation in the new era can effectively promote the transformation of achievements in universities.This paper analyzes the internal needs of universities to promote achievement transformation through school-enterprise cooperation,improve the academic level of teachers,enhance the competitiveness of universities and enrich the ways to enrich innovative education.It analyzes the causes of the low conversion rate of university achievements under the school-enterprise cooperation,and introduces the common mode of school-enterprise cooperation to promote the transformation of university achievements.Finally,the effective path of school-enterprise cooperation to promote the transformation of university achievements is proposed.The market-oriented orientation of school-enterprise cooperation is made clear.The ways of school-enterprise cooperation education and research financing are enhanced.The main consciousness of enterprise scientific research innovation is stimulated.A sound management mechanism is established,and the sharing mechanism of scientific research achievements platform is improved.
