摘　　要：辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育工作的骨干力量,辅导员队伍素质直接关系到高校学生思想政治教育工作的有效性和立德树人根本任务的落实。民办高校在内涵式发展背景下,将辅导员队伍素质能力提升作为高校队伍建设的重要部分,积极探索研究民办高校辅导员队伍建设之路,不仅是新时代辅导员队伍建设的题中应有之义,更是为培养中国特色社会主义合格建设者和可靠接班人的积极回应。Counselors are the backbone of the ideological and political education of college students.The quality of counselors is directly related to the effectiveness of ideological and political education and the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education.Under the background of connotative development,private colleges and universities should take the improvement of the quality and ability of counselors as an important part of the construction of the contingent of colleges and universities,and actively explore and study the way of building the contingent of counselors in private colleges and universities,which is not only the proper meaning of the counselor team construction in the new era,but also a positive response to cultivate qualified builders and reliable successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
