摘 要:货厢作为载货汽车上的重要承载件,其耐久性能直接关系到整车性能。基于某复合材料货厢,建立等效有限元模型,设计一种扭转疲劳分析方法,对其耐久性能进行了仿真分析,并进一步进行了路谱疲劳分析,结果显示其疲劳性能满足要求,并最终通过货厢台架及整车耐久试验,验证了货厢的耐久性能满足要求,该疲劳分析方法有效,此方法可应用于后续本公司货厢设计中的耐久性能分析。As an important bearing part of the truck,the durability of the cargo box is directly related to the performance of the vehicle.In this research,an equivalent finite element model is established based on a composite material cargo box,a torsional fatigue analysis method is designed,and its durability performance is simulated and analyzed,and finally the road load fatigue analysis is carried out.The results show that its fatigue performance meets the requirement,and also the durability performance of the cargo box is verified through the durability test of the cargo box and the whole vehicle.This fatigue analysis method,which is effective proved by the tests can be applied to the durability performance analysis of subsequent cargo box design of the company.
