摘 要:易地扶贫搬迁是我国一项重大的民生工程,搬迁移民良好的社会融入是稳得住、能致富、发展好的关键。教育是促进搬迁移民社会融入的有效途径,对搬迁移民的就业、交往、文化及心理的融入极具价值,但安置点在对搬迁移民实施教育的过程中面临着就业培训的内容和形式较为单一、社会交往空间存在局限性、文化融入的价值定位有失偏颇、心理融入时主体站位存在偏差的困境。可通过构建内容多元化和方式多样化的培训体系、拓展社会交往场域以稳固社会关系、形成和谐共生的安置点文化、明确搬迁移民的主体地位以促进其具身融合,帮促搬迁移民进行社会融入。The relocation of poverty alleviation from inhospitable areas is a major livelihood project in China.The good social integration of the relocation migrants is the key to their stability,prosperity and good development.Edu⁃cation is an effective way to promote the social integration of the relocation migrants.It is of great value to the relocat⁃ed people's employment,communication,culture and psychological integration.However,the resettlement sites are faced with a relatively single content and form of employment training in the process of implementing education for the relocation migrants,there are limitations in the space for social interaction,the value positioning of cultural inte⁃gration is biased,and the position of the subject is biased during psychological integration.This paper airms to con⁃struct a training system with diversified content and diversified methods,the expansion of social interaction fields to stabilize social relations,the formation of a harmonious and symbiotic settlement culture,and clarify the main status of the relocation migrants to promote their embodied integration.Education in resettlement sites helps to promote so⁃cial integration of relocation migrants.
