摘 要:针对对传统重介质悬浮液的调节只关注密度而对黏度控制较为忽视的现象,提出了建立三输入、三输出的控制模型的方法,对重介质悬浮液的密度和黏度的协调进行研究。通过选煤技术工艺流程分析、控制系统参数结构设计、控制过程建模分析以及控制过程建模完成了密度与黏度的协调研究。通过模型应用实测后发现,悬浮液性能、稳定性以及洗选效率显著提高,成本显著下降,对重介质选煤技术发展有所帮助。Aiming at the phenomenon that the traditional regulation of heavy medium suspension only pays attention to density and ignores viscosity control, a method of establishing three input and three output control model is proposed to study the coordination of density and viscosity of heavy medium suspension. Through the process analysis of coal preparation technology, parameter structure design of control system, control process modeling analysis and control process modeling, the coordination research of density and viscosity is completed. Through the model application and actual measurement, it is found that the suspension performance, stability and washing efficiency are significantly improved and the cost is significantly reduced, which is helpful to the development of heavy medium coal preparation technology.
