摘　　要：教育信息化建设水平和质量的提升,使得教育打破了时空的束缚。特别是线上和线下混合式教学实现了优势互补,已逐步成为当前高校教育教学新常态。本文设计了“课前—课中—课后”3个教学环节实现了线上和线下混合式教学模式,调动了学生学习的主观能动性。在此基础上进一步通过充实教学内容、优化教学方法、发展教学手段、完善教学评价等措施,保证了教学质量,提高了教学效果。With the improvement of education informatization construction level and quality, education has broken the constraints of time and space.Especially, online and offline blended teaching has realized complementary advantages and has gradually become the new normal of current college and education teaching.This paper designed three teaching links of "before class-during class-after class" to realize the blended teaching mode of online and offine, and arise the subjective initiative of students in learning.On the basis of this, teaching thinking is further carried out by enriching teaching content, optimizing teaching methods, developing teaching means and optimizing teaching evaluation methods, which improved the teaching effect and ensured the teaching quality.
