摘  要:20世纪60年代,我国著名民族考古学家和民族学家、云南民族大学汪宁生教授对永胜县六德乡彝族支系他留人的婚姻形态进行了深入的调查研究,总结概括出他留人婚姻制度具有性自由、婚姻不稳定以及双系继嗣等特征,为民族学开展婚姻家庭研究提供了一个经典案例,丰富了学界有关早期婚姻制度研究的内容,但也留下了有关他留人婚姻制度的一些疑惑。基于长期深入的田野调查,通过对他留人婚姻制度的深度描绘和重新解读,发现他留社会隐藏于动荡与自由的婚姻制度之下的禁忌和规则,探寻出他留人社会制度与两性关系之间的内在逻辑,对汪先生半个世纪前的疑惑作出了回应。In the 1960s,Wang Ning-sheng,a famous chinese ethnoarchaeologist and ethnologist and professor of Yunnan Minzu University,conducted in-depth investigations into the marriage patterns of the Taliu people,a branch of Yi ethnic group,in Liude Township of Yongsheng County,finding that the Taliu marriage institution bears the features of sexual freedom,unstable marital relationship,and bilateral descent,which enriched the content of the early marriage institutions while left a classical question on the Taliu marriage institution.Based on long-time and in-depth fieldwork as well as in-depth description and reinterpretation of the Taliu marriage system,the,authors discovered the taboos and rules of the unstable and free-will marriage institution in Tal,iu communitiesand learned the internal logic between the social institution and love affairs of the Taliu peoplewhich is a response to Professor Wang’s question half a century ago as an academic dialogue across time and space.
