摘  要:壳聚糖是从虾蟹壳等海洋生物质废物中提取得到的生物高分子材料,是唯一具有良好生物相容性和可降解性的碱性多糖。由于其价格低廉、使用方便,被广泛应用于食品、医药、化妆品、环保等领域。文章针对近年来壳聚糖微球在环境保护领域的文献检索、综述了壳聚糖在水污染防治和土壤修复的应用研究,探究了壳聚糖微球在环境修复领域中的应用潜力,分析了壳聚糖微球在环境修复应用中存在的问题,并就其在环境修复的发展趋势进行了展望,以期为壳聚糖在环保领域的推广和应用提供参考。Chitosan is a biopolymer material extracted from marine biomass wastes such as shrimp and crab shells.It is the only alkaline polysaccharide existing in nature,with good biocompatibility and degradability.Because of its low price and easy access,it is widely used in the fields of food,medicine,cosmetics and environmental protection.Based on the literature retrieval of chitosan microspheres in the field of environmental protection in recent years,the application research of chitosan in water pollution prevention and soil remediation were summarized,in which the application potential of chitosan microspheres in the field of environmental remediation was discussed and the problems existing in the application of chitosan microspheres in environmental remediation were pointed out and its development trend in environmental remediation was prospected,which would provide reference for the application of chitosan in the field of environmental protection.
