摘  要:可剥离去污膜可去除仪器和设备表面粉尘及放射性粘染,使用后产生大量的固体废弃物,急需寻找去污膜废弃物处理方案。该文结合光降解和微生物降解,拟从微生物菌群中寻找降解聚丙烯酸酯基可剥离去污膜的优势微生物,探究聚丙烯酸酯基可剥离去污膜生物降解性。以聚丙烯酸酯基去污膜为实验材料,采用凝胶色谱仪、傅里叶红外和扫描电镜等分析紫外光对去污膜的光降解特性,16S r RNA基因高通量测序技术分析细菌群落降解去污膜过程中的细菌多样性。结果表明,紫外光导致去污膜表面破裂,其重均分子量和数均分子量下降了46.17%和85.64%;添加光降解去污膜改变了细菌群落结构,优势菌门和菌属分别为变形菌门和克雷伯氏菌属;复合菌剂使光降解去污膜重均分子量和数均分子量下降了12.76%和13.92%。紫外光和复合菌剂联合对去污膜产生了一定的降解效果。该研究为聚丙烯酸酯基可剥离去污膜的微生物降解提供了一定的理论支撑。The peelable decontamination film can remove dust and radioactive contamination on the surface of instruments and equipment,and a large amount of solid waste is generated after use.It is urgent to find a waste treatment plan for the decontamination film.Combining photodegradation and microbial degradation,we plan to find the dominant microorganisms that degrade the polyacrylate-based peelable decontamination film from the microbial flora,and explore the biodegradability of the polyacrylate-based peelable decontamination film.The polyacrylate-based decontamination film was used as the experimental material.Gel chromatography,Fourier infrared and scanning electron microscopy were used to analyze the photodegradation characteristics of ultraviolet light on the decontamination film;16S rRNA gene high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze bacterial communities diversity of bacteria in the process of degrading the decontamination film.It was found that ultraviolet light caused the surface of the decontamination film to rupture,and its weight average molecular weight and number average molecular weight decreased by 46.17%and 85.64%.The addition of photodegradable decontamination film changed the dominant phyla of bacterial communities,which were respectively Proteobacteria and Klebsiella;composite bacteria agents reduced the weight average molecular weight and number average molecular weight of the photodegradable decontamination film by 12.76%and 13.92%.The combination of ultraviolet light and compound bacterial agents has a certain degradation effect on the decontamination film.This study provides a certain theoretical support for the microbial degradation of polyacrylate-based peelable decontamination films.
