摘 要:目的:探究及分析早期语言综合干预在语言发育迟缓患儿中的疗效及对社会适应能力、语言发育能力的影响。方法:选取2020年12月-2021年6月聊城市妇幼保健院的110例语言发育迟缓患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用常规干预加早期语言综合干预。比较两组的临床总有效率、干预前后的社会适应能力、语言发育能力及家长满意度。结果:观察组的临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组适应行为评定量表第二版(ABAS-Ⅱ)、S-S法语言发育迟缓检查法评估结果及发展商数(DQ值)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月后,观察组的ABAS-Ⅱ量表、S-S法评估结果及DQ值均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组家长满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期语言综合干预在语言发育迟缓患儿中的疗效较好,可有效改善患儿的社会适应能力及语言发育能力,因此在语言发育迟缓患儿中的应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate and analyze the effect of early language comprehensive intervention on children with language retardation and influence on social adaptability and language development ability.Method:A total of 110 children with language retardation in Liaocheng Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from December 2020 to June 2021 were chosen as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,the observation group was given routine intervention and early language comprehensive intervention.The total effective rates,social adaptability and language development ability before and after the intervention,the satisfaction of parents of two groups were compared.Result:The the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).The adaptive behavior assessment scale (ABAS)-Ⅱ,sign-significate reations (S-S method) evaluation results and development quotient (DQ value) of two groups before the intervention were compared,there were no statistically significant differences (P>0.05);the ABAS-Ⅱ,S-S method evaluation results and DQ value of observation group after 3 months of intervention were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of early language comprehensive intervention on children with language retardation is better,and it can effectively improve the social adaptability and language development ability,so its application value in the children with language retardation is higher.
